Midlife changed everything for me, too.


Navigating Type 1 diabetes through midlife hit me harder than I ever expected. My hormones shifted, my insulin sensitivity changed overnight, stress felt higher than ever, and the blood sugar swings became constant and confusing.

I kept thinking, “Why isn’t what used to work… working anymore?”

After years of experimenting, tracking patterns, learning from other women, and rebuilding my routines, I finally found strategies that made me feel steadier, calmer, and more in control again.
